We design the app, the signal engine, the portfolio tools and the rebalancing logic. We never hold your cash or your shares, and we cannot move assets out of your account.

Layer 2 — Broker-dealer

Alpaca Securities LLC

The broker-dealer opens and carries your account, accepts and routes your orders, clears and settles trades and issues your confirmations and statements. It is a member of FINRA and SIPC.

Layer 3 — You

Your own account

The account is in your name at the broker. You can log in with the broker, request withdrawals or transfer the whole account to another firm whenever you want.
